Planning for each training event begins with the STI project manager reviewing all elements of training with the event sponsors. STI will also perform a site survey of the proposed venue (i.e. medical center or medical convention location) to evaluate the targeted location’s ability to meet the requirements for trailer placement.  If your program includes didactic sessions, STI’s concierge service will procure a meeting room in the closest proximity, arrange catering, and organize audiovisual support. The STI project manager will then assist in scheduling the event with the sponsors to maximize promotion and attendance. The STI project manager will then assist in scheduling the event with your sales team to maximize promotion and RSVP of invitation from your physician customers.
